I have used Vinegar and cascade (not both together) works well for cleaning. Don't add CLR yes it removes deposits and is very agressive to metal seems to find every weak spot in the radiator. If you have really plugged tubes best bet is to have radiator shop flush to remove. Chances are a leak...
Newark electronics has all components to rebuild cards checkout the website. For anyone who wishes to repair their own. Never had any luck at My local radio shack they dont carry as many parts as they have in the past.
I agree had 8 swollen ones in mine from gp controller that was bad rebuilt the card and replaced the relay (due to age) pulled the injectors to remove swollen plugs. Was not really that bad of a job. I did pull the rear battery and tray to get better access to the rear injector. total time...
Was told by Diesel injection service the only difference was 1cc per cylinder from original ip. And a slight advance..Mine works well what a difference it made starting and running. 20 degrees here 10 seconds on glow plugs and starts right away.
