I would think relay, you could jump the two big posts with a screwdriver and hold it about glow plug time and then see if it starts.

The bottom one is the important one, that is the one that feeds power to the plugs.

Maybe pull a glow plug and see if you get mist coming out or moisture

Make sure you have power to the thicker pink wire on the injection pump. If you see spray your pump should be ok. Actually if you see spray everthing should check out, make sure your solenoid is good, it can still click but not have power flowing through it.

Yes sir look at the alternators when its running to make sure they are not moving. But anything loose will make a metal rattling noise. Let me know if you need anything else!

I would stay with the 31 10.5 r15 they are a fairly common tire and you can get many different styles in that size. Any 15 inch tire will fit on the rim. I see you have an old 9N I use to have one, pretty neat old machines arent they.

Did you check your coil or your plug wires? But really, did you notice any fuel leaking under the vehicle.

I believe you have to bore out the hole for the starter a little bit with a dremel but you can use your old starter.

I think 65 is to much but there are people that run them at 80 all day.
