    Hey everyone I am most of the way through my turbo project (using 6.5 parts) on my m1009. I just tryed to bolt the upper intake and my vacuum thing for the tranmission on the ip is in the way:x. Anyone have any suggestions?

    Well I'm running out of funds so I'm going to have to stay with a lift pump and either run the oil drain to the oil pan, oil fill or valve cover

    For the oil return form the turbo can you just run it to the oil fill because it is at a lower location?

    That is part of the throttle system I believe, it will be in the same position when idling, hot or cold.

    the plunger is just for a higher idle, it is in the outward postition pushing the throttle when cold.

    I think the postition of the vacuum pump may have something to do with it, in the TM it tell you to note the postition of it for reinstall. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

    You need a 5/16 crows foot wrench to remove about half of the lines from the pump, also a 15 and 13mm deep socket will help the job go faster.
