    Yes pretty much the greases you can get from Tractor Supply will work. I personally use Lucas' Red N Tacky grease with great results in the past. http://lucasoil.com/products/grease/red-n-tacky-grease

    It's blinking all the lights on the ECU because there is a failure of the system to achieve hwy pressure. If your talking about the dash Overspeed light it will come on when you are going over 50mph with out the tires being at hwy pressure

    Sand blasters can also be used with good results for those tight areas. For most of those places reselling referb'd trucks those pictures are taken right after it comes out of the paint booths....In a year or two depending on where the trucks go and how they are used/stored they will start...

    For around 3K to 3.5k you can have your 305 (5.0L) or 350 (5.7L) motor rebuilt and up the power & torque greatly with the addition of aftermarket Cam, headers and have the heads ported & polished. Keep it a gasser and save your money.
