    '94 923A2 Fuel Issues

And No There is no need to replace the vent lines or the return line (unless it is actually leaking)

    '94 923A2 Fuel Issues

Yes the line to replace would be the Tank to filter and then filter to IP. On my trucks I just replaced the hard line completely with the Parker Push-Lok hose and fittings. Just take the fitting ends from the ends of the existing lines with you to the store so they can match up the sizes and...

    '94 923A2 Fuel Issues

Blue, The two small white lines are vent lines, The line closest to the frame is the fuel pickup and the line closest to the outboard (slightly smaller than the pickup line) is the fuel return line. As for the line with the compression fitting on it likely used to run to the filter housing...

    Air line size for towing?

Mine are 1/2" ID coiled DOT air lines made by Parker and are 15 feet long and they are just long enough. I would prefer that they were 20 to be honest (I have the "Heavy" "Tow Bar from ****" so if using a "Medium" duty tow bar which is shorter than my heavy, the 15 foot pre-made coils I...

Hit your local Napa parts store and tell them you want diesel rated fuel line. If using Parker hose it would be "Mfr Part #: 39708"

Use of Diesel 911, fuel gummed up and engine knock w/o power

Some might have assumed you had an 8.3 CTA motor which has a small engine mounted filter or they assumed you might have added one as many do beyond the large canister filter that is originally in the drivers wheel well. I personally suggest if you only have the OEM single large filter to...

LOUD air leak under dash M931A2

The minder is plumbed into the engine compartment and is connected to the air filter piping that comes up between the engine & frame from the air filter housing under the drivers door.

LOUD air leak under dash M931A2

Check the air line that goes to the "filter-minder"

Use of Diesel 911, fuel gummed up and engine knock w/o power

The temp imbalance could be caused from injectors being plugged at the low temp points

    '94 923A2 Fuel Issues

If you still have the problem after replacing the supply fuel lines pull the fuel pickup tube from the tank and check it for cracks/leaks where the tube is soldered as well as the integrity of the whole tube.

Fuel filter supply line thread size..Cummins 250

1/2" for the 8.3 CTA. You can use either 1/2" or even 5/8" hose for either the 8.3 & NHC250 but the 1/2" will flow well over the amount needed for either motor

Fuel filter supply line thread size..Cummins 250

Yes from the tank outlet 90* fitting it is 1/2" compression. I personally highly recommend replacing all of the fuel line hoses (at least the suction side for sure from Tank to filter(s) to IP!) as like you said fuel line is cheap and you'll only be adding a few dollars per fitting. I...

Fuel filter supply line thread size..Cummins 250

Oh and to just mention for informational purposes that the 8.3 CTA motors normally have 1/2" compression at their lift/primer pump instead of 5/8" like the NHC 250

Fuel filter supply line thread size..Cummins 250

The easiest thing to do is measure your needed lengths for hoses and hit the local hose shop (like Evco House of Hose) for the hose and fittings needed. I can tell you that it is normally a 5/8th compression at the IP and it is 1/2" male compression at the fuel tank pickup and then whatever...

M923A2 CTIS gives not more than 45PSI to the tires

While you have the rims broke down to do the O-rings also make sure that the turret valve (valve stem) is tight as these seem to get loose pretty often as well.
