Suprman is correct even with a manual control if there is issues downstream from the manual control you will still wind up flat tires and this is why I pulled mine finally and just use an air hose.

It does have hazard/emergency flashers. It's on the turnsignal.....Read the operators TM to learn how to activate them. You either have a little tab you push down sightly which allows you to move the turnsignal handle to another position to the "Right" or it has a lever you pull on to again...
