I was told long ago the a motor is not warm until it is at operating temp.
On todays computer controlled crap, the computer will think that way until it gets to 210-220 and some higher. Then it considers it at operating temp.

Every year before I put it away I put on my front cover too. Mine came with w winter kit. Heater, ducted work and all that stuff. Did not get the stuff for the canvas top tho. Had it out once in the winter it was like 10 out side. You where warm in the cab but you still had to have a coat on.

When I did my M543a2 it had to get weight and mileage. Plus the SF-97. Be god sure that it is correct. Got it weight by the state police that do weight trucks. With that paper the insurance paper and your first born I then sent all this mess ( of course made copy's of EVERY THING ...
Put some weight in the deuce and hose it up so the brakes work. It will not be a fast trip so even think it. If on the road they can past let them. 300/40=7.5 hours of ride time. At least 8-9 hour ride. How much to fix it? Pay some one to get it?

Seen some FMC's with fishers set ups on them. Did not think about pictures cuz the Maj. was in a hurry. I think we are going back there soon and then I will get some. Was no cob job. Looked almost like the frames where made for it.
