    Well i cut out about a 2 1/2 ft section of line and it was full of pin holes so i am glad i did. Replaced it with rubbwer line so no more rust problem. Thanks fellas

    I was not shure about useing a cuttoff wheel on my dremil with fuel in the line and all over the frame of the truck. Just have to get a pc of rubber fuel line. ? what size.

    Ok my quick fix for the leak on my return fuel line just above the rear axel has not worked as well as i would have liked. I slit a pc of rubber fuel line and wraped it around where the leak is at and used two ss hose clamps to try in seal it. I am going to put one more clamp between the two...

    Will out running some errands today on my last stop at my dads on my way home i noticed a leak in front of the rear wheel on the pasenger side. After crawling under the truck i can see where it was leaking. It is leaking at the top fuel line right above the rear axel and running down the frame...

    I need to put some new mufflers on my M1009 and was thinking about just putting some cherry boms on her but was wandering how load they would be?     This is probly a stupid qeston but it looks to me like you need to remove the window regulator to get to the studs that hold the crank handle on? I got my parts from LMC today and will be doing the work this weekend. Shur will be nice to have 3/50 ac unstead of 2/50:beer:

    M1009 antanni nutserts

    Any ideas on how to stop a nutsert on a m1009 from spinning freely. Trying to mount a antanni base and one of them is spinning, closes to the fiberglass top not a bottom one of course.??????????

    Any one know what size bolt is needed to mount the antanni brackets to the side of the M1009 trucks, short of trying a bunch at the hardware store. What tread course or fine. They look to be course.

    I have the same thing going on with my M101 trailer. I have a a2 box on an a3 frame and axel. I was just planing on cutting the fenders just back from where they roll the edg and adding in flat metal to make them like the a3 boxes are. But off set duely wheels now thats a thought.     33" tires on M1009 CUCV

    I am running 33x 12.5 procomp crawlers on stock wheels with just a addaleav in the front to level out the truck from the sag of the old springs and heavy 6.2. I have had no rubbing problem and i still can spin the tires in 2 wheel drive on loose ground. I would not get the procomp crawlers again...
