You cannot sell a deuce to a Canadian. It is a known fact they are all terrorists who want to destroy the US by pushing down the White House with a surplus American deuce and a half!!!
Another set of silly rules and regulations.........
Here is my battery rejuvenation procedure when your military batteries have died:
1) Remove batteries from military vehicle.
2) Load batteries on the back of my pickup and drive around for a while to really shake them up.
3) Stop off at the local Advance Auto Parts, walk inside.
4) Pay $140...
Mine has a 6 digit VIN number. The lady at the tag office had no problem giving me my tag and getting me a Ga. title. I had to pay $20 for the title, as they are not required in Ga. for that old a vehicle. Since I had an Alabama title with the truck, I wanted to keep a title, in case I ever sell...
I would think the M135 wheel is not countersunk on both sides for the lug nuts. Unlike a standard dual wheel, most wheels that are designed to be run in one position do not have the necessary machine work done to allow them to be reversed, as they were never meant to be mounted that way.

Send me the CAD file if you can. I can machine the adapter flange from cold rolled steel, or cast iron. I can buy cast iron blanks from some metal suppliers I use.
How thick does the adapter flange need to be to accomodate the waste gate?
I saw a bobber on E-Bay a while back that had the tank in the bed. The pioneer rack and spare were also removed.
The truck looked really good as far as ground clearance was concerned, and the whole concept seemed to be well thought out. It had an M-105 bed.
If I was to build one, I would move...
You don't want to sand with a grinder. You'll have swirl marks from Hell. Get a DA sander, either air or electric, depending on how good a compressor you have. I would look at 240 grit for the worst areas, finish with 320. You can use 180 for heavily rusted areas.
If the paint is nice and...
I had the dash out of my truck one day while I was tinkering. I noticed none of the gauges worked. I touched the panel to the dash, sparks! Gauges worked!
I have since installed a ground wire with a Packard connector.
Might have to see how difficult it is to register a vehicle purchased in Ga. It would be convoluted, but if a BOS (bill of sale) will get you a tag in Ga, maybe you should get it tagged there. Then issue another BOS to someone in SC?
Just a thought.
OK guys. The gear numbers are arbitrary! On the original 3052, the gear pattern was
R 2 4
|-|-|
1 3 5
In this case, 1st is the lowest reduction, followed by second, third, and fourth. Fifth gear is direct drive, or high gear.
When the tranny was redesigned into the 3053A, The shift...
I too am running the 1100 radials. I am guessing about 60 mph at 2500 rpm. Mine is running singles, which is how it came from the Army reserve.
If I can be so bold, how many real dollars did that truck set you back?

Get a primer bulb out of an outboard motor fuel line and put it in an area where you can get to a rubber fuel lineon the truck. They make big ones for the larger engines. I have driven a dumptruck home from the dirt pit with the primer bulb in my hand. I had to squeeze like mad, but I got...
With no SF97's, prices may drop down a little. I am going to check with some friends in the tag office here in Ga. I believe that you can still get a tag and registration if the truck is old enough.

This I believe is the same muffler I put on my truck, clamped into the stack (pics tonight). I paid about $70 for mine, tax and all. If you can't find one...
