The problem with greasing the h*ll out of it is that the road grime, dirt and water will end up in there and that sucks. I pull mine out when I get it out of the barn for the summer and before I put it away for winter I wipe them done and lightly grease My $0.05 worth. Matt

Thats what I been using in the my wrecker. I mix it 1/2. The pump still needs that slip that oil gives it. I know the $ for the pump stuff is high, but what the price of inj. pump and injectors. If you need more PM me. Matt :)

I had the same problem but it was the out side seal that was to long, wide,big. There is a posting on it but cant seem to find it now. ( of course when you are looking for something to show )

My U bolts have silicone gasket sealer around them where they go thou the spring settle. I think sealling out the water helps but in time it might be sealling it in. My .05 worth

C & D The 5 ton's turbo will have a wastegate on it with a much larger compressor housing and intake elbow. You won't see more PSI of boost from these because the wastegate will open. But it will move alot more air at low engine RPM"s witch will help EGT's to stay lower. If your 5 ton doesen't...
