Cold temps didn't dampen anyone's spirits in Naperville for their St. Pats Day parade. A happy and cheering mile through the center of town with hardly any empty curb space. There was the 'not so typical" concentrated group of 20 or so parents and children who refused to smile, wave, or salute...
