I have my s-250 strapped down in the back of the deuce. I did it for the hurricane, in case I had to leave. I figured it is a good place for valuables. Let me go get some pics.
The glow plug card sends the ground to the relay. Pull the card, then determine which small terminal is hot, then ground the other one for 10 seconds and see if it starts. Good luck. I'm not a fan of starting fluid, too many problems.
Edit. Man i'm slow at typing.
The nicest part of these trailers is you can see them while backing up by yourself, in a deuce that is. I mounted my 002a and a 40ft crankup tower to one for that sole reason.
Oh crap, I did miss jeep week :doh:auaauaaua. I will call and check it out. I remember their other yard in Hurlock was full of deuces. I bet they are all crushed by now also. :(
Thanks
Funny we were talking about this at work the other day. I was told these A1's are an export version that doesn't have all the up to date bells and whistles. Hopefully that is the case.
I just back the 116 trailer into the detached garage. Its good for noise and bad weather. I hook 1 end the 12 in duct from my 400k btu heater to the cooling air input and the other end is outside under the garage door which I keep 1/4 open. I ran it for 4 hours with a load of 75% with no...
Yup. I tell them the 5.7 vs 6.2 difference and that usually shuts them up. Its kinda funny the first 10 times but it has lost its humor now.
On a separate note I just saw Dogheads "posted from my cable tv remote" Sig line, I just spit soda everywhere.
IP is Injector pump. There is an oil line between it and the block, it is a pita to get to. Look up at it from the underside driver side and you will get a better view. Your best friend is going to be the manuals, its alot of info to sort through.
NEIOWA, I know there is a mark up, but they are still darn spendy. I only deal with Grainger with work, well through GSA...the ****ed dumbass middleman. Luckily all 3 worked and still do.
Yes, on equipment designed for paralleling there is a device called a reverse power relay that will open if it sees back feeding, I think its about 5%. This prevents the generator from becoming a motor.
I will have to drill four new holes in the trailer when I get the gen situated but thats easy. The lights are 1000 watt metal halide. I have not had the need for more than 1 on at a time. When I get this done I will put all three up and see what it looks like, and I will take pics. Oh the...
I took all of the gear off my M762 light tower trailer and I'm mounting it to the M200a1. Here is a pic of 1 light with the tower lowered. It has 3 lights total, but I would make enemy's 3 county's away if I turned them all on.:-D As for the generator, 2 bolt holes line up in its current spot...
