I was watching four service kits in a GP auction today, something you used to be able to pick up for a few hundred bucks. The lot today of 4 kits sold for over $3,700 and had 80 bids. Is this what it's going to be like from here on out??
Behind the heater is a pair of connectors on the harness behind the heater for the tach and all of the switches that were used for the winch. You just don't have the branched harness that plugs into it that was included with the winch kit.
I suggest you move this to the HMMWV section so that it gets seen by all of the folks that have them versus sitting in a section on electrical that doesnt get a lot of looks. Guy? @Guyfang
I guarantee you that the folks here (really knowledgeable guys) can help steer you to getting the missing parts and getting it running again. Be patient, take and show lots of pictures and read the TM's before you ask questions. This is a great community, they just don't like doing all the work...
Have you checked the internal volts/phase dial matches the external dial? Also, assuming the AC interrupt switch has been switched and you have a green light indicating power is now at the lugs? And seeing your new to SS, have you downloaded the technical manuals (TM's) for the MEP803 in the TM...
