I went through the same problem when I was installing the pyrometer on my truck. I think the Isspro gauge that only used electricity for the light has been discontinued. I searched and could not find any, everyplace was sold out. I bought the Isspro R3607TR-AT. This is the kind that...

The seats look good, I have been trying to figure out some better seats so my wife and son will be more comfortable. When you get a chance could you measure the seat width and how much room you have between the seats. I need a middle seat and I am sure I could find a center seat that...
Apparently the map has me in Maine, I have tried a thousand times to fix the map, it won’t let me change anything, can someone delete me so I can try again.
Thanks, I think I got my computer fixed up and I am having a better time now. It took a while to clean the drain but I got it done and now it is back together on my bench. Earlier today did a search and found some of the pictures you posted in the past and looked everything up in the TM. When...
Sorry for the double post. My computer has been having a hard time in the past couple of weeks on this site. I have pages fail to load and somtimes i get sent back to the forum index page while i am typing.
I bought the truck from a private individual, so I should have checked earlier. My front plate is held on with zip-ties until I weld some nuts to the grill and bolt it on, one of the many small tasks I have yet to complete. .
I thought it was done just before I bought the truck last year. Now I think it may have just been the secondaries. I will find out in a few days when I get to the secondary filters. The engine was re-built in 1991 probably then.
I removed my primary fuel filter today, I thought it would have some debris in it but not this much. I spooned out 3/4 of an inch of crud, it took about an hour and a half to clean it. Luckily it appears nothing got past the filter.
I like how your deuce looks with 10 XL’s on it, the Dodge is nice too. When I built the bumpers for my Dodge I built in 2 inch receivers attached directly to the frame rails on the front and back so I can attach a 12,000 pound winch on either end and store it in the tool box when not in use. I...
Yorkgulch2 what backspacing did you order and about how much is the shipping? USA 6x6 wheels don’t have enough backspacing, I want 9 to 10", and Boyce is within driving distance.
If I hade some more precision tools I would make some wheels like gringeltaube posted, I think those look better...
Thanks for the measurements. I am waiting for a price quote from Boyce Equipment for some one piece 10x20, I will probably go with 9 inches of backspacing if I can afford them.
Well I got a quote back from Stockton wheel for the 10x20 with 9 inches of backspacing. $395 per wheel, no way I can afford that and then pay for shipping. I will have to figure something else out.
If you already know this ignore my rambling. I have been looking for wheels to single my deuce and found that Accuride Wheels makes some real nice 10x20 bolt together wheels, I wish they made some 6 hole wheels in addition to the 10 hole. I guess I need a 5 ton.
Ray your truck looks great, any information would be appreciated. Unless I forgot my math a 9 inch backspace should put the tire about even with the fender, if a 7 inch backspace puts the tire 2 inches past. I like the idea of being able to take the wheels apart in the field but I think I can...
I have done numerous searches but could not find anything. Does ne know the backspacing of the M35A3 wheel, I looks to me like 8 or 9 inches. I want to put the Michelin 14.5 R 20 single tires on my deuce but I don’t want the treat to extend past the front fenders, I want the same look as the...
When I bought my truck it had good paint but an ugly brush painted tan over green paint job. As a stop gap til I can properly repaint it I went to town with some wire brushes, sanders, scrapers and rust converter then a top coat of rattle can OD green. I just did a panel at a time after work...
I know what you mean. The big green truck is about as good ofa no trespassing sigh as my black and white. I always clean my weapons in the driveway, stinks up the house. I have been trying to convince my wife a 105 howitzer would look good in the front yard.
That’s too funny. I live in a small town (900) I have been thinking of planting some pine trees in the back and try to be considered a tree farm. When I finally get to move out of town I will be doing just that. By the way I love the avatar.
Freight Train
The only other thing I can think of is see if you can be considered a farmer, there might be some exemption for farmers. I know Idaho has a ton.
