Here in Wyoming, getting a title for any vehicle that is currently sf-97 or Out of State titles must get a VIN check by law enforcement. Costs $10 to have a sherriff come to your house. Once a a vin check is done, titles are pretty easy.

up here it's a lot cheaper. Same exact quality fuel, but with dye added. Wyoming has $0.01 tax for dyed, and $0.24 hi way non dyed. Crazy they hey have different pumps for commercial trucks. I will be in az in February.
