    Brake Bleeding

Sometime people dont know what they are talking about. When I first talked to the guy about the truck I got it was listed on CL as a gas engine only because that is what it said on the title and that is what he put in the ad. When I called him and asked he said it runs on diesel  so...

    Brake Bleeding

Are all of the wheel cylinders leaking? I wouldn't think all would go at once. I was in y he same boat but what my son and I did was to go check the truck out, made the deal after assessing what we would need to make it drivable. We then went home which was a 170 mile trip, gathered tools...

    M35A2 spring with no home

Here is a pic of where the loose end should go, your clutch pedal should be drooping or feel like there is no free play. When I got my truck the spring was broke in half. I immediately noticed no free play in the clutch. Messed with adjusting the free play for half a day with no luck and then...

    M35A2 spring with no home

Looks like the clutch pedal return spring, the loose end should be in a hole in the crossmember over the jack shaft. Mine was broke in half which made the pedal hang down. Have fun stretching it to the hole, my new one took a couple tries. Also looks like you could use a new brake pedal...

Pulse Charge Monitor Distribution System Installation

So it looks like a lot of people are buying the Pulsetech charge/monitor units as I have and I am trying to decide where to mount it. Does anybody have some installation pics and where did you end up mounting it. I just got a plastic Battery Box to replace my rotted out metal one and I was...

    24v relay

You should be able to find them anywhere that has electrical supplies. I usually get mine from Delcity.net and just searched and they have them for $3.69

    Air pressure gauge question....

I will try the old gauge on the air switch line tomorrow night and see what it says. It's just funny that the old and new gauge both show exactly 60 psi.

    Air pressure gauge question....

Both the air switch with gauge and the new dash gauge come off the distribution block in the center behind dash. May have a blockage in the block itself ??

    Air pressure gauge question....

When I got my deuce, the air gauge always only showed 60 psi but everything was working fine. The truck came with a non-military water tank on it and they had used a transfer case air shift switch to open the rear valve on the tank so I had a pressure gauge and plumbed it to the air switch and...

    Adding a turbo question

I just got done doing the exact same thing on my 68 truck with a LD 465-1. When I got mine it had a water tank (non-military) on it and the exhaust ran back under the truck and out between the duals like the M49 has. Through vendors and auction sites I ordered the complete exhaust (Clean Air...

    Fender Cut Out for Exhaust...

I am adding a turbo to my M35A2 with a LD 465-1 and have the new clean air exhaust kit and I need to cut the hole in the passenger fender. The sheet that came with it was torn up from UPS and I have laid the hole out the best I can with what was left of the sheet but would like to have some...

I picked up one of those but the wiring on my original pump does not come unplugged like the new one. Can the new end be soldered and shrink tubed to make this work? Did your plug right in?

Justin, are those the MK-58 bulkhead pintle mounts you are using bolted to the side rails? If so where did you get them? Looking to build a mount for my M-37.

    Plastic Fuel line help

I was looking through McMasters website and according to the chemical compatibility chart on their site they DO NOT recommend DOT brake line and the comment is questionable resistance do not use. For diesel they say high strength clear nylon tubing #8359k or #8365k...

    Windshield repair problem...

    1. Actually, I could just use a sheet metal screw in the existing hole as they are not that big to begin with. With the plate inside loose, there is a good clean hole. I was just trying to over think it. 2. The rest of he outer frame is in great condition. 3. Thought about a nutsert, but the...

    Windshield repair problem...

When I picked up my Deuce both front windows were sealed shut with silicone. Today I started cutting them back open and removing them to replace the glass on the passenger side and put new rubber on them. Well the drivers side top hinge was being held on by one bolt after removing the silicone...
