Replaced my PPB, bumped my fuel up 2 clicks, changed my oil, and took the dash apart to see whats up with no dash lights. Found some so-so grounds and fixed/reinstalled dash. less bouncing of gauges but still no dash lights.
Played a bit with the ABS but didnt have a ton of time.
Ha! I think I put it all the way left for off in my brain instead of center off! or I bumped it...who knows! But when I was doing individual battery charging the one hooked up to the 12V was the lowest by far.
the hood latches are both damaged at the shaft that swivels on the riveted end...
I've rebuild cylinders before and honing the cylinder walls is a recommended step. I'd drain, run a dowel in there with a rag to get most of it out, then use a three sided hone on the cylinder walls. Spray out with brake cleaner, lube and then reassemble.
This will take out any rough spots...
Turned up the fuel in my M923A2, spent two days charging the batteries externally, changed the oil, and making betters grounds in the dash panel.
Still no dash lights despite all good connections, and found the low speed blower has been on for weeks. Then my PCB has been acting up so farted...
is the leak at the compression fitting? Either crank it down or cut it back and use new compression rings since they smoosh into a tight seal.
If its in the middle they you can cut out that part and use a compression union. Copper is good but most of the system lines are plastic with...
No stock seat good foam with the upgraded shock. And actually I bet I make 6 trips to town and back a week plus fishing trips. I'm in an A2
Doesn't bother my back. In the Army Id drive these things 100K each way when not on my tank. Those A1 seats with full battle rattle and crappy roads...
Mind if I ask where you got the top I want one and am debating making or NOS/Used. Some of the used I've seen are junky and pricey. But I want to close up some leaks and seal it up for better Wyoming performance, and hear a radio.
Thank you that adjustment is on my list actually, I'd like to smooth out a tad more.
Also before I went though I saw lots of references to guys losing trannys at fluid changes but I only saw one person named for one tranny. And lets face it trannys wont last forever stuff wears out and who...
