I wasn't positive that that email was active or I would have simply said as much. Dashonda is one of our newest CS reps I believe she started this week.
Our typical flow right now is it is sent via fedex the friday the week following when we got it. Which typically turns into a turn in date that Monday. We printed around 300 EUC's last week there may be a slight delay in turn in but not much.
The post above is absolutely dead on, If you don't register the vehicle and we didn't charge tax we would be on the hook. If you provide us with proof that you paid we will refund.
I am working on the refund. I should have a shipment back from the DLA Wed or Thursday yours is in it. Calling Customer Service at this point will do you no good
What does your status show on the site? The reason I ask is when it moves to Submitted to TSC, pending approval your on the list. The only time I would call or be concerned is if the status is not that and you sent it in more than a week prior?
I can say that all EUC's our locked nightly in fireproof safe/filing cabinet. I can also verify there are 3 people who have access to the EUC inbox, all have a government performed background check as they hold government electronic equipment as well.
This is one of those situations where it is easier said than done. When it goes to verification pending it's not going to change for awhile and there is nothing to update. There are too many variables on the TSC side as to when an EUC gets approved to say you are blank on the list its going to...
The hold up is simple. There is only 3 of them with a back log that is hundreds deep. The more people that call them and inquire the less they approve as they have to stop what they are doing to answer.
