What have you done to your CUCV today/lately - Part 2

My kids were driving at age 10, but not on public roads. Learning to drive doesn't require a road. #farmlife Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk

What have you done to your CUCV today/lately - Part 2

Weather... I chose Tennessee for the weather and the liberty. Anyone looking for a house in Northeast Connecticut? I have one I need to sell. [emoji2] Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk

All lights went out when I hit my flashers in my M1009

Pulled fuse. It looked good, but old and crusty. Replaced with a breaker that is at least 26yo. It proudly says Made In USA and will probably keep working for another 30 years. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk

All lights went out when I hit my flashers in my M1009

I love this site! I'm checking this when the rain stops. Heading back from Wal-Mart I noticed my directional light didn't work. Then figured out no lights worked. It was pouring rain and evening traffic. Fortunately most cars don't get to close to my 86 M1028A2. Took the side roads... I knew I'd...

My truck will run up to 65, but that's way beyond the power band. The 4.56 fears are the limiting factor, but necessary for pulling my 10000lb camper. I sometimes dream of a turbocharger and overdrive, but mostly I stay local and it's perfect at 45 and under. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk

I kinda like cruising at 50. You notice a lot more detail when you're in the right lane with your flashers on. I'm certain the truckers hate me. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk

Fuel stops are extended so the dog and I can recoup. The first 70 and last 40 miles weren't interstate. I also did breakfast in Virginia. Thanks for crunching the numbers. Only lost 12mph average off the 50mph cruise speed. I'm happy with that. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk

You are correct about the LEOs. Most wouldn't understand backwoods logic. More frequent stops or a co-driver is to be recommended. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk

I should have thought of that. And I have a Tee Ball bat I the truck. It's good for many things. This will make the ride back next month easier. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
