I know this is a simple question but, where can I find the brass block that connects the rubber line to the wheel cylinder on the front end? I have looked everywhere I can find. I seem to have lost one in the process of rebuilding the brakes.
I have searched many threads and found nothing but learned a lot. Here is the stupid question of the day, "why don't they make a wheel adapter for the M37 to a HMMWV wheel?" Is it a safety issue? Is it just not possible? Just curious.
Our LEA has been awarded an uparmored HMMWV and it needs to come north eventually to IL. I can get it to the GA rally. Is anyone able to help on this adventure?
Thanks,
Hugh
I was also wanting to use the electric trailer brake or do you think that is just something that would not be needed? I don't expect to haul anything bigger than a hmmwv or pickup on it.
Is there a way to wire a hmmwv for a 12v civvy trailer? The one I would be using is a xm1113, 1996. If so how. I would like to stay away from the converter boxes if at all possible. If not, I will make up some lights to attach to the trailer. Thanks.
An option for tank removal would be to unbolt it, chain it to a tree or other sturdy object and drive out from under it. aagood luck on finding the 5th wheel stuff,
I need your honest opinion on this one. We are considering the multicam pattern for one of our hmmwvs. What do you think? Pattern too big or too small? Thanks.
Very nice truck! You got to love the donut spare. Welcome aboard, sit back, read, search, ask questions if you can't find the answers. The members on this site have been great to me on any of the issues I have ever had. There is a lot of knowledge here and some good old fashioned joking...
