That happened to me about 6 months ago, Bid on a Mk.48 front power unit, had about 6 hours left and I was winning then poof. Turns out it was suppose to go to Oshkosh to be refurbished into an LVSR, not to DRMO aua
It's a monster whatever it is/was
I wouldn't be surprised if it was something like this. Even though this is a Pacific, other companies manufactures beasts like this as well.
To bad its all cut up.
I am surprised I haven't seen a post about these big guys. Nada, even did a search!
All I know is I have wanted once since I saw them in Iraq a few years back. Todays topic... the Navistar 5000-MV

commence discussion... :)
I am making some replica M7 LVOSS launchers for My HMMWV. M82 smoke grenades can't really be bought so I was thinking about launching 2.5" Model rocket motors out of it so at night you can put on a cool show if you wanted, or just let the launcher look cool on its own.
I am curious if anyone...
David W. does have a scout car, It is not an original either. So it could be that the wife is correct. I am sure more then one person has made a replica scout car.
I got bored after work and made a somewhat crude rendering of I'm guessing what your going for (using the mouse pad on a laptop makes it a pain to cut things apart with precision:-?)
Actual BTR made in 1975, not a TAB-71. I have a few places in the UK that I work with when I purchase MV's from them. I was just hoping to avoid that. Maybe I will buy a Tatra I have been eying and full the back with spare parts!
Looks like I gotta ship parts from the UK :-(
There are pretty much none of these in the US it seems. At least non people want to give me parts off of.
