I have been wanting to attend a rally for years! I did not realize there was one so close. I will definatley be there. Do I need to reserve a spot to camp or anything?
I live about 20 miles the way the crow flies from the armory. Keep me posted if I can help. Did the auction show it running? If so, with jumper cables, it should'nt be too bad.

I wanted to say thanks for all the great info and post on here. My 1009 was getting so it would'nt start unless it was plugged in if it got to be 40 degrees or less, a real pain. After researching all the info here I realized that all the cyling I was hearing before starting was really suppose...
Had the "can" lathed out of old hydrolic cyl. Then welded a cap on. Could'nt find any other pipe the correct dimensions. It does not hit the hood. Inline air filter from Speed by Spectr sits between the batteries. Also bought the memory flex hose there.
