Aaron as always I'm looking forward to this event, however this one more than than the last two since I will deploying shortly after.
Granted I will be back in time for next year's but I will miss all of Scot's mini rallies in between though.
Perhaps, My wife is off work for the weekend which almost never happens so she may have other plans. I considered maybe hitting the ski slopes or at least taking the family to hit the sled runs. Normally we don't have the funds but we just received our taxes so maybe we can spurge just this...
For me at least I had front and back copies of my DL as well as my Mil ID on the same PDF file I e-mailed to GL as part of my EUC request. I think it helped my situation since I had a PA driver's License with a Georgia address. My last one was almost rejected because I just moved to FT Lewis...
Agreed, this was done prior to my purchasing the vehicle though. In fact I sold this one in December of 2009 just before a cross-country PCS move. Some drunk kid had come down my street and wrecked into it for me:???:.....while parked too.

For me its simple:
1. I drove them when I first came in the army when I was a private (1989-90) even had a few left when we deployed to Desert Shield.
2. They are built well.
3. They are economical 4WD trucks/Blazers.
4. I am still active duty and live in on base housing (much like a HOA there...
I like the idea/concept beef it up some more and you have may have a workable solution.
If I tow my CUCV it will most likely be with a M35 (when I get one) so I am looking for medium tow bar.
