Hi av8rnik, I don't know if you want to only use one of the two vendors you mentioned, I just bough injectors from Summit for $39.95/ea free shipping. They are new Bosch injectors.

I had the same issue an it ended up being the controller card, pull is an check for burnt, loose components.

eme411, they did not have caps over the tips, the tops were capped, sealed in corrosion resistant bags and individually boxed. That is a thought for sure, I just think it would be pretty odd to have the exact same problem. I will keep that though in mind, thanks!
