Found this picture while surfing around for another vehicle. Our neighbors to the North, call it a MLVW - Medium logistics vehicle wheeled. Medium? not even close.
DEW engineering builds for the Canadian armed forces. It says they start with a M35 to build on. Does it look like a deuce to...
Has anybody purchased a set of these? How are the results? Pros and Cons? Quality? I'm strongly considering a set of 6. Would like to hear from y'all. Thanks
100Dollarman, It looks like that was done in April of 2009. How is the truck holding up? Any side affects since the mounting? Is it still in your fleet or was it sold to a member? Thanks. :p
Hello all, I'm getting ready for a muddy spring and would like to get some new rubber under the Deuce. With the help of a local SS member, the truck will get an axle service and singled out on the rears. I would love a wide, chunky looking tire.
I've read every topic on Deuce tires here...
I'm planning on buying 6 tires. Hopefully I'll find some 11/20 XZL's, or something meaty, & better than my Armstrong tread. Has anyone heard of a vendor selling some? I'd hate to drag the trailer there ,and pay tolls for the axles in both directions if its gonna be empty
After a few months of reading, learning, and searching,...I've finally found my first deuce and brought her home. I stayed up all night like a kid waiting for Santa to arrive. At 9am the transport called and said the were 10 minutes away.
It may not be OD, but its perfect for me! I'm a...
I would prefer it to be transported by trailer. I test drove it and all seems well. Thsi is my first deuce. I would just hate to get stuck halfway home and have to pay for a tow (which is much higher priced than a pre-set transporter). The location in NH, is about 1 hour north-west of Boston.
Hey all, I'm looking for a transporter that can bring a deuce from New Hampshire down to New York. Its about 310 miles total. I'm willing to pay the driver well for their time. PM me if you know of anyone. Thanks. ~B
THANKS Gimpy! That manual really helps out. I've read through it and see the specs for gasoline and 12V. There's a lot of other good reading in that manual.
I still might have to buy it. Its too good of a deal.
Maybe I can mount a small fuel cell for gasoline under the bed. I...

Hey all,
I found a new & unused Multi-fuel heater. The seller wants $300, shipped to my house. Is this a good price for the unit? I know they are rare and all, but would hate to over pay too much for something anyhow.
Seller found it at an estate sale in the garage. Supposedly its...
Check your caster angle. My 1977 CJ7 had the death wobble. Everytime I got over 35 mph, I was white knuckle scared! Corrected the caster and it has been perfect since....
