Had the same problem as dhedden discribed. Chenged heatercore and afterwards the little flapper in there stopped working corectly. It didn´t close completly and so it blew only warm instead of hot air.

I fixed the problem now. Bought 8 new Bosch nozzles and rebuild the injectors myself!

Problem found! The flexplate was grinding at the torqueconverter cover. Pulled the transfercase anyway since im going to rebuild it. Thanks for your advices guys

I think you need to disconnect everything from the transmission and then unbolt the TC and then slide the whole thing backwards so you can reach the bolts from the flexplate
