went to the link at the top of the page with no luck and tried the the search no luck maybe typed something wrong. sorry about the searching skills, not alot of experience on computers, i spend most of my time outside not on these things, except for steel soldiers. to much to do to worry much...
i was checking the belts on my 813 today. feel like they need replaced because of the amount of deflection. does anybody know what the proper belt numbers are for the 250.
i would straighten it up best you can and use it to push snow, haul wood, hunt, fish or just to abuse and save the next one for easier stuff. its payed for so it aint costiing anything. if anything teach them youngens to drive in it. they will love that.
if you can get the batteries out and charge them i would have them checked first. alot of places do it for free. and make sure all power is off, a light or switch left on can suck a battery down over night easily, especially in the cold
you get taxed when you buy the motor oil, if you get taxed again thats double taxed on the same product. thats like buying seeds for the garden, paying taxes on the purchase then taxed when you eat your crop.
ive always had winchs on my atvs and trucks i took offroad, my 813 has one also. ive never needed one to get out but ive pulled quite a few out. the cost is worth all the fun you have kidding the the stuck guy, not to mention the free beverages that usually comes afterwards:grd:
thanks for the idea Irv. if understood correctly i would have all wheel drive at the flick of a switch in forword or reverse. and nothing would bind. never seen the inside of a TC yet. anybody have or know of some pics of the 5 ton sprags.:grd:
seen a few talk about proper adjustment of the sprag, havent seen anything about adjusting the sprag, any info would be appreciated, any info on some good priced sprags for 5 tons would be great also
thanks for the offer, i rebuilt mine today with stuff i had laying around. works great. after taking it apart, (this was my first), i seen thier was not much to it. it engages in reverse now but still no forward. rebuilt that valve and the cylinder on the TC, is thier anything else before...
