I have a vinyl type cargo cover with rubber straps at the bottom that stretch to hold it to the truck box. It has webbing straps in the middle to roll up the sides. How can it be held in place so I can drive with the sides rolled up? Thanks.

I bought two Carquest 85133 oil filters. They came with two large gaskets and no small gasket. Where do I get the small gasket and are the two large ones correct for my M35a2? I just got truck a few weeks ago and this is my first oil change. Thanks in advance.
