I had same issue. I wasn’t draining tanks daily. I broke all the air lines where accessible and added air line conditioner/anti freeze. I haven’t had an issue since and have driven 300+ miles.

Working on a drop in version for any of you guys that want one.

By the way, I took mostly interstate.

Recently did a 1,300 mile trip towing a 43’ goose neck travel trailer. It does in fact do much better under a load. I had no issues towing it the whole way.
