M1088 slowly died while going uphill and slowed to a stop and lost power.
Possibly alternator dead dead but batteries are full and it will turn over but no start.

PROBLEM SOLVED:
The issue wasn’t throwing codes. Just a check engine light and deregulating at 40-50 and wouldn’t increase.
After reading civilian threads on the C7 and YouTube videos I deduced that it could possibly be low fuel flow. Possibly a clogged filter.

I had same issue. I wasn’t draining tanks daily. I broke all the air lines where accessible and added air line conditioner/anti freeze. I haven’t had an issue since and have driven 300+ miles.
Recently did a 1,300 mile trip towing a 43’ goose neck travel trailer. It does in fact do much better under a load.
I had no issues towing it the whole way.
