m1008 swing mount
Can you mount a swing out tire mount on a M1008? I was thinking about putting a suburban tank underneath and need to put the spare somewhere.

How long in advance should my block heater in my 1008 be plugged in before starting her up ? Last time I left it in all night the coolant was near boiling and there was coolant on the floor as well. She sprang a leak.

Today my buddy and I removed my fuel tank and replaced the sender. My diesel gage wasnt functioning properly, and it turned out to be a bad ground. Since I had already bought a new sender why not practice a little preventive maintenance and the screen was a bit buggered anyway.
