I can't wait to post something here. Unfortunately after several EUC follow ups over the course of 2 months and assurances that all was well I received an email that my EUC paperwork was blurry, must resubmit. So, I did and actually got feedback that it was good this time. Waiting commencing. Again.
I seem to have a small leak from my transfer case at the flange around the opening where the rear drive shaft enters the case. I had a mechanic rebuild my transmission and it works great now but before I bring it back for the leak..... any thoughts on a cause or fix? The mechanic also reported...
Thank you for posting that..... although I have seen it and I can't find exact dimensions anywhere. I have seen discussion on it but I have never seen concrete height measurements including the stack. Ultimately I suppose it comes off easily enough or I can modify but hoping someone who has one...
Elijah or anyone else.... can anyone give me dimensions of the mtvr? I have a hangar that I am going to configure to park one. I have seen about 26 long? Can anyone confirm the length and height? I have 30' deep and 12' door height, would like to know if the exhaust stack will clear and if I...
Man, I am sorry to hear that. I did notice a lot of the non runners had the air filters removed and rusty looking on the bottom of the canisters. I had wondered if a large group of them had somehow been flooded out. If so it would have been a nice thing to know in the description and couldn't...
I'm sure that will work. I'm going to get on it Monday myself. Jon is smart, sounds like he got all the paperwork early so that it is all set once the truck arrives. I noticed in the fine print that it said 97 is only issued after the euc clears but worth a try if they miss that point themselves.
Thanks for the excellent reply.... exactly what I was looking for. At what point during the process did you make the selection for the sf-97? I am waiting for the euc to clear. did you opt for the 97 after the euc cleared? That insurance is pretty spicy but at least you got it done. Nice...
Gotcha, but once again the waters are muddied a bit. I don't believe GP is going to do any screening on how any of the sale paperwork or the vehicle is transferred based on the truck itself or the buyer. Anyone with concrete info chime in. The backside footwork at the MVD is where the issues...
I believe all are the same. It sounds like you just have to opt for that but probably a small fee. I'm still waiting for the euc clearance, haven't requested anything yet. It just seems like there is misinformation out there, like I said unless someone has gone through the process and in the end...
I messaged GP yesterday about the vehicle I won, nothing yet. Like I said I have never seen that attached to the description on any MTVR, and I don't know how anyone would know this unless they went through the process to the end. I have yet to hear anyone actually come on here and say anything...
