The powdercoater said friday at best. Hopefully I will have them for the weekend. He can only do gloss finishes, so I will use the powder coating as a primer/sealer. I will just lightly scuff the finish and spray them green (they will come back gloss black).

I saw this truck at his "shop". He had his "mechanic" trying to rebuild the starter. He seemed like a very shrewd businessman/ scrap dealer to me. I don't think he cares anything for this vehicle, except for the $$ he thinks it is worth.

I finished parting my "extra deuce" today. It is nice to know that saving one from the scrapper will keep at least 4 more going strong!

Cidrich, Just to make sure I understand what you are telling me. If I do your style of wheel the j pipe is close,and adding to the outside without flipping the centers provides more j pipe clearance? Also, I have about 4 tabs open right now researching the hf54 box.
