I use a Hilift on my trailer. It is plenty steady as long as you have the trailer parking brakes on both sides. Without the parking brakes yes it does want to just flop over. On the bright side, between the tongue weight and the lunette it would be hard for your average thief to steal it!

You know you have an 803 as your backup gen when you run around the house trying to find things to turn on to keep a good load on it instead of going around the house running one thing at a time trying not to stall it out. :)

It is good stuff. Ive gone through over a dozen tubes of that stuff sealing up around the house. Expensive but worth the money.

Probably an easier way to stop it is just to cover the intake hose and cut off the air. Like a runaway diesel you pretty much just have to cutoff any air. Then you wont have to bleed the fuel system like you do running it dry. Then there is always manually moving the fuel cutoff solenoid...
