Like Jimbo913 I set the hz @ 61.5 with no load. Depending on load it will drop a bit from there. Usually around 60 or slightly over with a heavy load. You can always adjust a bit as needed. 120 volts or 240 volts o the voltage.

Yes! The onboard meter show the same thing. That is why I checked it with the meter.

My 002 sends about 27 volts to the batteries when I start it. It builds voltage the longer it runs and peaks at 31. I verified that with my volt meter. I put new batteries on it and it still does it.

If you got them in Pa you will pay 6% sales tax (other states will be at their rate) plus the 10% fee to GL. Not sure if you included that in your invoice estimate or not.
