What is the O/L?
by no means am I an expert. These guys on here are. There is no way it ran as it sits. If this was the machine you saw running either you or someone took a couple items off the machine after you saw it run. Three months is not a long time for it to sit. I would think at most...
I believe it is 10 business days from the date of invoice which is the day the auction ends. You can look under the event details tab for the item are bidding on for information.
looks like a project piece to me. I'd try looking at a worse case and getting an idea what it might cost along with what I have in it now and make a decision from there. It may be worth more in parting out and back up parts for another unit.
Here is a thread dealing with the same problem.

Is it possible the clicks he was hearing was the pump priming and not the glow plug relay? You would only hear one click for the relay wouldn't you?
Maybe a fuel pump issue?
ETA: Or a combination of the two? It would have started with out the glow plugs working when warm weather. Maybe they...
I like the load bank. Is it wire two 120 wire to each lug or 240v somehow? Any pics of the connection at the generator?
Sorry, don't mean to be a dummy but I'm going to build one of those.
One more question, did you just thread the elements into the tank? I have an extra 150 here that we used...
It rained last night and I got in after dark tonight so I haven't changed the AVR board out yet.
While messing around the other day I decided to start the 003 up as well. I just put a small load on it through the convenience plug . I put 1500w on each plug. I had connected a kill-a-watt before...
Yes! I was wrong about the voltage drop at the generator. It is dropping. I had watched it with the microwave but had not done so with the dryer or pump. As stated it dropped from 240 to 185 when the dryer started.
Okay! Just checked and found a couple of connections that I got a little bit of a turn on. That didn't solve the problem so I had the wife start the dryer while standing at the generator. Not much of a grunt in the engine but the voltage dropped from 240 to 185 when she started it.
I have a...
When the voltage dropped I had a brown out occur in the house. I threw the transfer switch right away to go back to grid power. I checked all the connections at the generator and all are clean and tight. This unit sits about 100 ft from the house. I have 100 amp wire coming from it under ground...
I have an 002 hooked up to the house. I decided this morning to start it up and run it for an hour or so (it's been about 3 months since the last test). It has been connected for over a year and I have never had the following issue when testing it.
All seems to be fine. I was running it at...
A note to add to what Issac-1 said about the hard starting. Are you holding the starter until the oil pressure comes up? If not it will shut right back off.
You need to know what HZ the machine is putting out or you can do damage to appliances, etc. The Kill-A-Watt is an excellent item or as...
Congrats! For $349 you can put a few bucks into it and still have a deal. I wouldn't worry too much about the cosmetics.
About a year and a half ago I got an 002 from GSA. Cleaned the fuel tank, changed filters, added oil and batteries and GTG.
I'm not concerned. I was just curious if it may have corrected itself. It always showed in the red before but was in the middle of the green on the gauge. I know, the gauge could be messed up and I never gave it a thought to check it with my multimeter when it was running. May start it up again...
I'm not going to argue or debate for that matter but when it was charging at 30 - 30.2 it did seem to be boiling/foaming. When i took the battery covers off it was a bit white and foamy looking. I'd tend to think as many on here you are loosing liquid if charging too fast/hard
