its not a swollen tip I have dealt with that before several times. it is in there so tight the actual hex head twisted off the body of the plug when i tried to take it out.
So I was replacing my glow plugs got 7 of em out no problem except the one on cylinder 8 twisted off, the top of the plugs turns and seems attached to the rest of the plug by whatever is inside it. Anyone have a trick to get it out with out taking the head off? if I have to take the engine apart...
I took mine abt 150 miles on a fishing trip with no doors, on the way back at night it was below 40 bout froze to death but there where no issues with the truck. I say go for it.
Maby the fuel filter i had one so dirty and cloged the truck would barley run hard to start too. Replaced it and cleaned out the lines and it ran as normal .
