I searched, but the few threads on this seemed to be all related to the deuce. Is it possible to recalibrate the speedo on my M1009 to compensate for my 34" tires?

I realize this is a year old, but did you ever solve the problem? I'm having similar issues.

I spent a year each in Iraq and Afghanistan doing route clearance (IED hunting). I've done over 300 combat patrols in these rigs, RG's and Buffalos, and if I ever meet the people who design them, I will kiss them square on the mouth. These V-shaped mono-hulls have saved more lives than CPR...

I hate to ask this, but are you letting the glow plugs cycle? For how long? I've noticed that if I let them go for 3-5 more seconds AFTER the wait light goes out, she starts right up. If not, she'll crank and crank.
