Not really, I put some BAR LEAK (2 bottles of heavy duty) in the cooling system and turned off the filter for a while and that fixed my leak, I turned the fuel back up to it hit the "fun-o-meter" and it purrrrs right along, Overall I have not seen an increase or decrease in mileage, she does not...
they will be tubless zero offset wheel, no beadlock, very tough, 1/2 in weld in centers, very nice. I will be doing small batches of them to try to keep the machining price down, tires are easily mounted and dismounted, you will just have to wait and see!
Yeah I will have a new set made up this weekend, I will post pics when I am done.
target price is $200-$225 depending on machining for each of the wheels.
Hey man, that is one good lookin truck in your avatar, how is she treating you? I am making some custom tubeless wheels for her now if you are interested?
the search option on the forum is your best friend here, it will save the rehash of things that have been discussed and completed dozens of times prior to this thread. There are a lot of options, your only limitation is your wallet and hood clearance.
the fullers are nice, I would keep the multifuel and bold a 9 spd to it and see how you like it first, if you are going with a hydraulic pump you need to use a pto straight to a pump so that drive shaft is not an issue. Make sure you measure everything twice prior to make a commitment to a...
boy there are a lot of complex systems you are diving in to here, you are going to need a valve spool with two valves, one for the winch and one for the dump bed. You need a reservoir that is at least 20 gallons, (pump and reservoir need to match gallon for gallon is minimum. The search...
the a3 is pretty darn nice just the way it is, I would do it as a replacement if needed but not for a generic swap, I would think that the trans and maybe transfer case would be the weak link behind that one.
yep that is the only thing it could be, after taking mine apart more times than I care to mention I would think that it would be pouring out from where the pto meets the pump if that were the case, especially under pressure. I would loosen the two bolts that hold the hydraulic pump on and see...
yeah, it really is in great shape, too bad it is too big. I am going to post it in the classifieds too. The prospect of built in A/C was a nice idea too, oh well, such is life.
$200 would be nice to get for it. cutting it would be a PITA, its all aluminum and a tig welder is on my christmas list. I would love to fabricate one but if I am going to go through all of that I would graft another cab on it and make it a crew cab but that is a loooooot of work not to mention...
well bad news, should have brought a tape, guy said it was a 36" was actually a 42" so the legs of the crane will hit the 16.00/20's as is, well, I have a really nice 42" sleeper that would work great for someone without a crane I will sell cheap, looking for a real 36" one now.
well even though I posted for opinions I could not pass up the deal so I bought the sleeper. It has self contained a/c and heat, 36" Stereo speaker, storage and is an interesting color of blue but hey, all that can be easily dealt with. No dent/breaks and even comes with the gaskets between...
