M35A2C quad cab.
Im thinking I need to lower the carrier bearing slightly.
To me that's my only option.
Being the engine/trans/transfer are factory positioned.
As is the rear axles
From what I have read, no angle should ever read "0".
I have a carrier bearing and a slight vibration.
Any ideas how to change the angle to solve this?
Rear of trans is 3° up.
Front shaft is 1° down.
Rear shaft is 0°.
Front of to tandem is 1° up.
I have a 87 m35A2.
When I turn the power switch on,
The gauge reads what the true fuel level is.
When I start the truck the gauge goes to "F" full.
Any ideas? Gauge? Sending unit?

Well I Got the correct replacement Master Cylinder yesterday.
Ordered it from Boyce Equipment.
Put it in today.
Stops on a dime with 9 cents change.
No more pumping. Good firm pedal. Don't fade to the floor.
there is a casting number on the mounter master cylinder.
2230600. Looks exactly like what in there.
If you look that number up there are 9 different ones.
Difference is the line out size.
I ordered one $126 with the parts guys discount.

Im finally replacing my master cylinder.
As I said I have a 1987 M35A2C.
Was a U.S.A.F. truck.
Has duel air paks
I ordered a new one based on what the truck is.
The one my wife is holding is the new one.
The other is the one that's in there now.
What do I need to order...

The shaft from the TC to the carrier is solid.
The slip is from the carrier to the axle.
Thats where the travel will take place as the axle goes up and down.
I know im leaving my self open, but im asking any way
With stars on the doors or with out?
This is just tape.
Its a 4 door so it's obviously not original.
I did the conversion to the modern 24v flasher.
That took care of the driver side blinker.
When I put the passenger side on the parking light was blinking.
Looking into and moving the wire around in the front light it started to work.
I took that light apart, cleaned it all up and now works as...
Ive read a bunch of threads and havent sean what Im getting.
With all bulbs in and turn signal indicator on the light stays solid bright green.
But nothing on the outside lights.
If I remove ALL the exterior bulbs it will now blink bright green,
BUT does not go completely out. Dim then back...

I've never been in there.

If they are out of adjustment.
Once I pump and get the shoes to the drum.
Shouldn't they stay there and NOT require a repump to keep them in contact.
What I need is some one near me with a good knowledge to learn from.
Ya if I pump just once or twice.
Has a good hard stops good pedal.
Just if I continue to hold it, it bleeds down.
One quick pump and its back up
I have NO leaks.
Ive bleed the brakes per the TM
Now have all purple DOT5 silicon fluid.
Ive also read the "O" rings in it are -222 size...
