You'll need to make something for the CDR in front of the turbo, and the 6.5 oil feed line is useless on the 6.2. You'll have to make one that comes from the driver's side of the block (the 6.5 has an oil port in the front). It doesn't appear to have a driver's side manifold, but you'd have to...
No problem! As others have said, 33 X 12.50's fit fine with no problems. I really believe that whoever builds the tires for Nankang also builds them for Maxxis. The tread, sidewall, and even the lettering looks the same, but with different names. I paid $580 for mine 2 years ago, and the Maxxis...
Thanks! The tires are 33 X 12.50 Nankang Mud Stars on stock rims. I have had them on there about 2 years and they are wearing very well. They have exact same tread as the Maxxis Buckshot Mudder, but are much cheaper.
I did not run a Y pipe. I have the Banks turbo set-up and it has a crossover pipe from the driver side manifold that goes to passenger side so both banks drive the turbo. The exhaust pipe comes out of the turbo itself.

Here's an '09 coming down the assembly line.
Rapco Rapco Parts Company sells the correct colors in spray cans, and it looks pretty good. You could get the brown and balck from them - although the spray can chalkboard paint looks better and closer to original CARC than the Rapco black does. If you don't spray the outlines of you pattern too...
Here's a little better video of it. Its funny the diesel soot looks like it is a lot in this video but its not near as noticeable in person. It does have a good little puff before the turbo spools up.
When I got mine there were 6 there that would not start, but they would all crank with a jump. **Normally** if everything is still under the hood, they will run with a little effort. I saw one that ran, but needed a starter. Some of them have parts missing off the engine, and most of them have a...
My Banks system is the old style set-up that had a single pipe that came off the turbo and split into duals via a Y pipe. It was designed to cut in to the factory dual exhaust set-up. I have ran it like this for quite a while, but decided to go with a single 3" system and went with a Dynomax...
