It isnt all of us by any means. I notice this on campus every day and wonder wth went wrong? Im only 25 and if I notice it the problem is serious. Cant hold a conversation with most unless its about the last episode of jersey shore or some other useless junk. The future does not look bright...
Found a M5A4 HST and we were able to make a deal on it. really nice condition, complete and un messed with cept the orange paint...
Bad picture quality but only had the cell phone on me today.
there are quite a few threads on here and G741.org that discuss tire sizes on the m37 and variants. A search will turn up the information you are looking for. But to answer your question i believe 11.00x16s are the largest tire size that can fit on an m37, should be the same with a 43. They...
Had the same issue with my truck but it happened much faster. Figured out the civilian power wagon fuel pump didnt have enough oomph to suck fuel from the tank. If you look at the size difference of the diaphrams is quite apparent why this is. The military pump is at least twice the size of...
the venue would also be an issue. Have thought about it myself but have not been able to think of a suitable venue to hold an event like this. You could conceivably get guys coming from the west coast for an mv event here in CO. Private land would obviously be a better choice since permits...
was a **** of a time! The mix between the MVCC guys and re-enactors was great. I think the camp actually got more attention that the static display aircraft, people actually stopped in and asked questions. Cant wait for next year!
what about getting the original axles cryo treated? Bobby long (toyota truck axle guy) developed some sort of process to treat axle shafts. His products have a great reputation and he will treat other make shafts too. His company is named longfield and might be worth a shot!
Had to pay 600 bucks for a parts truck in much less complete shape. Whole front clip besides the hood was gone. Needed a bedside and had to buy the whole truck to get it. Id say offer around 500 bucks, you can easily get your money back out of it.
Figured id post up some photos of our project that has been on going for a month or so now. Had some issues with the engines running very rich and some suspected fuel leaks. We decided to pull the armor and radiators to investigate and really found out what ethanol does to the old gasket...
Nothing wrong with rebuilding your own turbo if its done correctly. Shaft polished and the bearings/oil seals installed correctly. Might be able to take it apart and mic everything out to find parts if a kit is not available.
see stuff like this around here all the time. Between the farmers/ranchers, illegals, and rednecks we get our fair share of dangerous stuff going down the road. had a guy pick up 12 tractors from the dealer i worked at. Didnt chain one of em down to his trailer and he had to go about 20 miles...
Had to buy a parts truck to get a hold of just the passenger bed side. I was lucky enough to have a rust free truck though. Look around a bit and youll find a better bed. Otherwise buy and ship take off parts from out of state, just sent a toolbox assembly to NC to replace a rusted one i...
although quite a few of em were cut up for these purposes, the "business" of converting some of these tracked vehicles also helped preserve them in a way. There is some restored armor that was brought back to this country to be converted but were never cut.
