There wont be corners cut. Im lucky enough to start with a running/driving truck without any rust on it at all. Nothing more than surface rust here and there, getting a truck out of Arizona definitely has its advantages! So far i havent found a stuck bolt on it! Ill have more pictures later...

Thanks for the advice guys! I got some pictures of it sent to me today. It looks like the passenger side floor pan is pretty much gone. He does have replacement panels for it though that do come with the mutt. He fabricated a new rocker for it that you can see in one of the pictures...
