If you get extremely stuck, I live ~1 hour away in Elizabethtown, PA. and could possibly go over there on the 16th - as I have off that day and help you out. I also likely can get free std size pallets. I have no idea how big the gen sets are or pallet size needed for each. Wrap? Maybe buy...
Found shot of a WC55 with a M24 MOUNT:
This is from an ad of what happens when someone adds a M24 to a Wc55. You can see the M24 mount with the 50 cal MG does not fit with the 37mm AT gun. You would have to somehow sit on the 37mm gun shield/breech to man the M2 facing forward and totally...
Do you guys stay for the whole thing (Wed-Sunday)? If so, what do you do with all that time? I walked around a few hours last year during breaks in the rain and was ready to head home.
Two? Maybe my memory is failing. You're not confusing the other plane with Bill's Spitfire (off the old pub) right? (I started on it just after the "helpers" drilled out the rivets a little too big - major $$$$ ouch!!!).
I wonder what happened to the two P39 chassis that Dave T. brought back...
ME109 gear failures were a major problem for the Germans in WWII. They lost many pilots to that design defect.
I used to be a volunteer at the Geneseo Warbird Museum in Geneseo, NY. They had an unrestored Spanish Air Force ME109 (Either owned by Dave Talleshea (Ssp?) or the local orthodontist...
IMHO: Go for the weekend w/o the annual NJ Jeep club show - it will be quieter at night for sleeping and less traffic on the trails. I agree with Lance about avoiding being near the trail head - the folks camping over there got covered in coal dust (still finding it in nooks of my truck) and...
WC55 with a M50 ring mount? It would have severely limited the 37mm M3 gun's arc of fire. If you look at a WC55 and then a ring mount off a WC62/63 - you will immediately see why the mount was not used for the WC55. Also, the M50 ring mount came out over 2 years after the WC55 - so not a factory...
A note from the legal end:
Taking a few bucks may be risky . . .. When you accept that $/"gift", you may suddenly fall outside the good Samaritan law protections offered by your state. So, if they claim you damaged their vehicle later - you may be held liable like a commercial wrecker.

M37 (maybe M35 too if it uses springs on the seat bottom) - Changing the bottom seat to a board with padding covered by canvas will get you some more legroom and let you look out the windshield without stooping over. As I am 6'3" - I highly recommend it:)
The Dodge frt ends are very common. WWii Dodge rims, if good, bring $50-100 each. Beds make the truck valuable. However, the 1950's top for the Dodge is GI. The top will bring $200-300. Best bet is to part out the trucks - if low cost shipping is found.
It looked like a longer wheel base (non-ambulance) truck to me too. That also explains why its grill was setup for a winch, if it was a M56, even though it has the non-winch bumper setup currently.
It might actually be ok - it was designed to be waterproof to at least 3'. The wiring/guages should be ok (water proof connections). Definitely change the oil/fuel in everything and blow out the lines. The civilian ad ons might not have faired so well - just put the truck back to stock (like it...
Value - if this was last Spring, (per GL) the M101 trailers sold for $300-400 w/o a tarp or wood sides, $500-650 with wood sides, and $700+ if had sides and tarp. Current pricesa are lousy (as a potential seller). I watched on Ebay a trailer w/ sides not sell for $425 twice. MV dealer prices...
Do they have KMAG material? I am setting my Dodge to look like my buddies unit. He went to Korea in 1948 as KMAG, one of the last out of Seoul after the invasion (bridge was blown early), was absorbed by the 24th ID, was wounded driving a Jeep over a mine, was captured after surgery at a field...
Carter is right, the NAPA muffler required flanges. I cut off my old flanges and MIG welded them on. The NAPA muffler has a lifetime warranty - for next time:) 5 years so far and still looking good.
From my email to MAXM37
The muffler specs (off the the muiffler) are as follows:

Check Jeeps for a t/c . . .
In case the fellow offering the t/c is not local, the M715 Jeeps used our NP200 - with different yokes. You can swap in a Jeep NP200 and just use your yokes with it. This may help you find a local used t/c easier and avoid big shipping costs. Good luck.
The front input shaft is unavail. 10/2008 I ordered one from VPW - they called back to say their stock was too rust damaged to sell. I tried the usual M37 MV dealers w/o success getting the shaft. Normally this part does not wear out unless it got rusty from water in the oil.
