We will probably be up Friday evening after work.have not had time to set up civilian hitch on the 109, so no pinz on this trip. I have some firewood that I will try to remember to bring for a cozy fire.
Watch and LISTEN to the fifth video that Phil posted up with the Pinz. I need to set the record straight on that video.....Phil stopped filming a minute too soon..... The Pinz and I DID go up that hill and did not wear out my clutch! I DID have a blast. Whole new experience hill climbing for us...
The injector pump went out. New one on and ready to go. Not scared of road trips... not scared of alligators... not scared of zombies... only scared of Oddball's driving.
It's not the undercarriage that's the problem, it's the rear wheel well that is different on the M43. The m37 has about an inch more clearance than the M43. I put 39.5 inch super swamper irocs under my M43. The rears rubbed slightly on trails. You can see them in my avitar.
I wanted to head over there today, but was assigned grill duty for lunch for the family. Keep posting results if you make any headway and I will do the same. I'm going to work on mine today in between cooking hotdogs and hamburgers.
I'm having a issue that acts like a govenor problem as well and have been told it is probably the hydraulic head as well. I'm still hoping for an injector problem, but because of the random symptoms it may turn out to be the head. What area of tampa are you located?
With the truck off, the kill lever moves bachward freely (7 oclock to 3 oclock) but does not move forward past 7 oclock. I have not checked the piston pump because I thought the since the truck will run with an ether start then the piston must be pumping.
I need help from the panel of experts on what to try next to get my Deuce to start on it's own without starter fluid. I ran the truck up to the store, shut it off and went inside for supplies and when I came back out, it would not start back up. Thought mabye out of fuel, so put spare 5 gallons...
It was a pleasure to see everyone and hang out together.
Rayzer and Pete are to thank for the great cooking of the steaks on Saturday night. Simply WONDERFUL!! Pete is one **** of a MV driver.
