What info you got on that 21SI conversion

Ok for the details I have a 1971 M35a2 that was rebuilt in 1990 so its in pretty good shape. I bought the whole rear half of a Peterbuilt from the cab back and plan on bobbing with the Air leaf suspension. On to the pics>>>

check the 12 point bolt in the side they are known to crack and leak fuel

I also copper coat alot of gaskets on engines but I wouldnt do head gaskets. Fel-pro makes pretty good gaskets so i would go dry!!!!

have you checked the 12pt bolt in the side of the head where the lines go in at the bolt tends to split in the threads.

big thanks for the diagrams followed the wires stright to the problem. Where the wires come out of the frame and go to right stop light one wire was bare and grounding out on the frame. Now i need a switch and a pigtail guess a trip to the scrap yard is in order thanks again for the help.

ok could someone tell me where to find the wiring diagram for the turn signal switch. My lights are blinking on and off and while looking for issues i found the turn signal switch had burnt at terminal E now to try and find what whould cause this..

The bolt has a shoulder on it no oring there was a spring in it but nothing going to shoot out or anything

Those are common if you pull it out and look at the threads its probably cracked ill look around and see if I have an extra one I can send ya.

I have mine with Farm Bureau in Nc it runs me about 500 a year and its pretty good coverage.

Is one of those alt. kit one where you can add a gm one wire and still keep your same 24v alt..
