What is the refund process?

Every time that I've called GP, they have said it will take 6-8 weeks. It's been nearly 12.

Same issue. May 13th was when I bought mine. Still waiting. May have them process a refund if September comes around.

Bought May 13th. Submitted EUC that day. Still awaiting to this day. Shows Submitted on the 24 of June. But hey I get my SF97 added to the sale.
