About thread titles now linking to the end of a thread instead of the beginning: Seems like a new feature of the site. I just tested on Mac OS X with three browsers, Safari, FireFox and Internet Explorer. With each I get the end, not the beginning of the thread.
The bulbs seem to have two states, white and green. Looks like white indicates that the user is offline, green online. When white the bulb icon is not a link. When green it links to a list of users currently online:

I googled around looking for advice on sipe depth, angle and placement and then summarized what I found in a document attached to this message. There are two attachments, it is the identical content both in rtf and pdf formats.
Additionally, I contacted the National Safety Council to request...
I just looked up the subject on Wikipedia and was impressed by this:
"A 1978 study by the U.S. National Safety Council found siping improved stopping distances by 22 percent, breakaway traction by 65 percent, and rolling traction by 28 percent."
It also mentions this:

(That particular model has received mediocre reviews though.)
So this is for the black locust, not steel?
If you want to drill and countersink a 5/16" diameter machine-screw hole into wood in one operation, then these "Carbon-Steel Adjustable Countersinks" look like the right tool for that...
A truck which gets 9MPG travelling at 55MPH would burn 1/2 quart in 75 seconds. Yet it would pump 2-1/2 quarts in the same 75 seconds? So 80% of the flow would be returned to the tank and 20% burned?
Seems odd. But then flow should be adequate for peak fuel consumption not average...
There is some interval between flipping valves to the diesel tank and the lines completely filling with diesel, right? So how do you detect that the lines have filled with diesel before shutting down?
I can not reproduce the error here. In case any of this information is helpful in remedying the printing error:
- As a check, I have downloaded the file from the manuals area and compared its checksum to what I uploaded. They match. So apparently it was not corrupted during my upload.
