1123 has a winch plate but does not have frame extensions which is needed for a warn electric
winch.......Milemarker hydralic takes a whole different setup.
Easier to work on a non-turbo truck......but no A/C usally.....and better gear ratio....1097A2 normally us army and quicker EUC...
or 1123, same as 1097A2 but no back bumper, fording parts removed, usmc Euc.
Thats one of the truck like a 1097r1....early truck with later master cylinder, 10k axles, A2 rear bumper and variable rate rear springs....which should be replaced as a pair.....so manual won't reflect properly for a stock 998.
Springs you need are: 12342616
The eng. harness has a big center socket that gets corroded ...and its hot all the time with batteries hooked up.
I had one once that it was green with corrosion, so I cleaned it out, and then the socket hole was to large to make proper contact
with start box.....so I had a doner eng. harness...
Never heard of a DMV looking at that sticker....and there is different ones depending on if its a GM or GEP engine.....the re-builds from gov plnt mostly don't have a sticker.
