I got a good deal last year for eight 900-20 NDT's. 600.00 for the lot and they looked almost new. I would definately recomend doing business with Berg Tire.
I will buy a pair if they LAST! Just put a pair of zippered ones on a couple of months ago and they a starting to tear at the folds already. The ones I put on fit great but the rubber just didn't look like they would have a long life. Anyone know where to get a good set of zippered ones that...
Pressure bleeding is the best way to do it . If you don't have a pressure bleeder it's still not that bad. Start buy having a buddy in the truck and make sure he listens to your directions closely. Bleed the airpack first. Do not pump the pedal. Open the bleeder and have the person in the truck...
I installed a kit in my m35a2 but it's not an led light. Maybe there is a problem with the kit. The light should be bright not dim. Disconnect the light and plug in your buzzer and see what happens.
The only thing that can make the light stay on all the time is constant power. When air pressure is about 70lbs the light should go off because power is cut to it. If the buzzer worked fine before the LAP install , I would have to say there is a wire mixed up some where.
I am a member of COMVEC. They had their annual show and swap on June 13th. I had posted and asked if anyone was going . If you go on the COMVEC site, there are pictures and video of the show.
I took my M35A-2 to New Britain DMV for vin verification and had no problems at all. The inspecter took at look at it, shook his head and said "what are you going to do with this?" I told him parades, shows and Sunday driving. He just smiled! On a different note, the guys down south seem to get...
All letters and numerals used in the marking of vehicles and equipment will be of the gothic style. Thickness of characters will be between 1/6 and 1/7 of their height. This information is right out of the color and marking manual. TB 746-93-1 Great manual to have, I think it cost me about 18...
I love mine too! Unless you have no life, two years is about right to restore one. I'm going on three because I went and bought a M35A2 and am having a blast with that now. Thank you bulldog_mack13.
KsM715, I know what your saying but I have been in the automotive and truck repair business for 35 years and my hearing fairs just fine. The sound of guns hurt your hearing not the sound of a deuce.
Jegs perfomance warehouse has dumps with a cable operated valve. Mufflers are ok if thats what you like but I would rather be a little hard of hearing than give up the sound of my deuce with the whistler and open pipes.
It looks like a deuce pump but the outlet looks to small. I just changed mine and the ones I have seen are 1/2 inch and that one looks 3/8. Could be the picture also. Bob C.
There is minor and major adjustment procedures to perform on deuce brakes. It involves adjusting the bottom adjusters also. I believe it is in tech manual TM9-2320-209-34-2-1. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. Bob C.
Now that we are on this subject, are these heads and head gaskets able to retorque without damaging the head or gasket? Some engines allow you to do so and some say no retorque. Thanks Bob C.
Brake adjustment should be done first before bleeding unless you are pressure bleeding then you can get away with it. Most low pedal problems are caused by incorrect brake adjustment. There are no self adjusters in these systems. Unless you have run out of fluid because of a leak ,bad master...
