i would recommend rotella t diesel oil, i use it and love it, i would also get the wix filter from orielly auto parts but napa probably has the wix as well
My dash pad is in very bad shape (like most), when i checked with a local GM dealer to see how much a new one was, it was $675, so i looked at LMC Truck and i found this (Middle Product)

I worked great, it fits awesome, and is alot cheaper around $44.95
Here is a pic of what my dash speakers look like installed. They are Polk Audio 3.5 inch, I would highly recommend adding the Dynamat for the dash, it made a HUGE difference in sound quality
I cleaned my instrument cluster and installed dash speakers from crutchfield they are Polk audio and they sound great, i also added Dynamat and it was worth the money
